We hope you're satisfied with your order. In the unlikely event you should not be fully satisfied, you have the option of returning or replacing your goods.

You have the full right of return for 14 days from receiving your purchase. The goods must be in an unused condition when returned. Unused condition means that the goods – after any test – must be clean, intact and fit for sale as new. Always return the goods with the receipt, invoice or order confirmation and state the reason for the return.
Once the return has been approved, we will refund the entire order amount. We are only able to make a repayment to the account used for the purchase. Send returns to Oatly AB, Företagsvägen 42, 261 51 Landskrona. You are responsible for return postage.
Oatly webshop allows the exchange of goods in unused condition within 30 days of purchase. The right of exchange applies to e.g. size or colour. Email email@example.com for assistance in finding the right size or colour. You are responsible for return postage.
In the case of any claims, the defective goods must reach Oatly within two months of your discovering the defect in the product. No more than two years may have passed (or any longer period of time mandated by legislation in your country) from the time of purchase for Oatly to accept your claim. Claims may be made in the case of e.g. manufacturing defects such as torn seams etc. No claims will be accepted in respect of wear and tear.
When making compensation claims, email firstname.lastname@example.org before returning the goods.
If a claim is approved, we will repay the
cost of the return or the entire order amount and reimburse the postage.
